Studio Manager (Kitsilano)

Pure Vibe Fitness Studio is seeking a Part-Time Studio Manager, whose primary responsibilities are to ensure all Pure Vibe clients are well taken care of and have a wonderful experience while ensuring the studio’s policies, procedures and behavioural etiquette expectations are adhered to.

The Studio Manager in the studio focuses on delivering exceptional client experience for everyone who enters and/or has contact with.

Our clients are busy working professionals who are looking for a quick workout to fit into their jam packed work/life schedules.

Welcoming to clients, aware of their health and fitness goals and support the clients to meet those goals as part of an integrated team.
The most important skill needed in order to be a Studio Manager is communication. As the front line smiling faces of Pure Vibe, you will be interacting with clients either by telephone, email, in-person. You must be adaptable, an efficient self-starter and pay attention to detail to complete tasks properly.

Pure Vibe is open seven days a week and a Studio Manager must be flexible and willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Hours To Start: (Must be willing to start training right away!)

Tuesday & Thursday: 4:15 am – 7:17 pm, Friday 4:15 pm – 7:15 pm
Sat & Sun: 8:45 – 1pm.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales, and administrative experience.
Focused and professional, with respect for detail and doing a job well: the first time.
Taking or completed post-secondary education with a focus on Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Nutrition or related field a strong asset.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong Social Media and Computer Experience
