Smoke’s Poutinerie is a cool, unique quick serve restaurant offering over 22 types of
Poutine on its menu! It is the first of its kind in the World with no other restaurant
offering such a broad menu exclusive to Poutine. A Restaurant Supervisor is required to
assist in all operations at our Vancouver location at 942 Granville Street immediately.
Salary: $3700 per month
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week. Additional hours as may be necessary to complete duties,
and may have to work on holidays, weekends, shift, day and evening.

 Supervises and coaches the team to connect with each and every customer as
well as to assure proper customer service quality
 Supervises and participates in product prep; Foster and project a sense of
urgency with each and every order efficiently and to provide quality and fresh
products up to company standards.
 Coordinates with staff scheduling; Insures all team members are in designated
uniform, clocked in and at assigned positions at assigned time.
 Delegates responsibilities and practices to team to ensure smooth flow of
operations with input and guidance from Restaurant General Manager.
 Responsible for accurate and timely cash handling, cashier transactions, store’s
 Assists Restaurant General Manager to promote company products; consistently
uses suggestive selling and up-selling techniques in order to boost restaurant
sales and increase guest satisfaction
 Responsible to handle emergencies, customer complaints and queries,
equipment problems or staff problems
 Assists manager in recruiting new staff, and training and develop existing staff

 Ensures standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies
with health and safety regulations
 Orders supplies and ensures good communication with suppliers; Organizes
stock and equipment,
 Perform other essential duties as required.
 High school diploma or higher degree is required
 Must be punctual at work
 Must have at least six months previous supervisory experience in food service
 Strong leadership and communication skills
 Be responsible and accountable
 Excellent customer service and relationship skills
 Be flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, late-night hours and
statutory holidays
 A valid driver’s license is required
 Required to lift food items weighing up to 30 pounds to shoulder height.
