  • Burnaby, Vancouver & Surrey

    Primary Caseload: Return to Work Support Services

    Return to Work Support Services (RTWSS) is a WorkSafeBC funded service. The goal is to provide services which may include a Job Site Visit (JSV) and Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) Planning and implementation to assist injured workers in returning to their pre-accident job. Direct communication with physicians, WorkSafeBC board officers and other members of the client’s healthcare team may also be required. For those interested, the RTWSS caseload can be combined with an active rehab caseload.


  • Must have at least one years’ experience in conducting Job Site Visits (JSV)
  • Must have experience in implementing GRTW plans
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, self-confidence and self-awareness
  • Experience working with insurance fee payers (WorkSafe BC, ICBC etc) is an asset
  • Able to work independently as well as with a multi-disciplinary team as required
