Metrotown area Marketing Firm is looking for a Full Time RECRUITER to start ASAP.
We specialize in Sales and Marketing for our clients and we are looking for a bright, ambitious, and self-motivated individual to join the Recruiting team immediately. We need somebody who can be the driving force of the organization’s growth.
WE WILL PROVIDE FULL TRAINING. PEOPLE SKILLS A MUST.
– $18/hour + monthly and quarterly bonuses (monetary, travel opportunities etc.)
– Social media management
– Screen resumes, screen candidates on the phone and schedule interviews
– Greet candidates and clients as they come in to the office
– Manage and organize database of candidates
– Basic data entry and filing of paperwork
· Must be available to stay late to complete tasks (if needed)
· Must be available to interview in Burnaby ASAP
· Available to start immediately
· Must have advanced computer skills (min 60wpm, MS Office, Google Drive)
· Incredible interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic
· Impressive and professional image and demeanor
· Must be available to participate in extra-curricular team events
· Strong communication skills
· Organized and reliable
Priority will be given to candidates who have the following:
– Recruiting or direct sales experience
– University or College degree
– Reference from previous employers

1. Social Media Contributor (post content on behalf of company)
2. Administration Trainer (train new recruiters and administrators)
3. Office Manager (manage all office operations)
4. Corporate Trainer (train, coach and mentor managers and administrators)
