Part-time (avg. 18-19 hours per week) with two different shift options.

Responsibilities Include:
– Greeting & Answering phones
– Processing client payments
– Scheduling and maintaining client health plans
– Managing office ‘flow’ and environment
– Office Administration
– Marketing
– Outreach/ PR
– Event coordination
– Light cleaning duties
– Lifestyle education
– Attending Seminars out of town(approx. 4 times per year)

Specific training will be provided and is ongoing.

Training, start date, wage ($17-20/hr to start based on experience) to be discussed during interview.

Office Adjusting Hours: (subject to change)
Mondays, Tuesday and Thursday (7:00am to 10:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm)
Wednesdays 3:00pm to 6:00 pm

Position 1- Mon & Tues am and pm Shifts (19 -23hrs)
• Monday (6:30am to 11:30pm) (2:30pm to 8:30 -9:00pm) and Tuesday (6:30am to 12:30pm) Tuesdays (2:30pm to 6:30pm)
• Some evenings and weekends for promotional event
• Travel to conferences (approximately four times a year)

Position 2- Wed pm; Thursday am and pm Shifts (15-17hrs)
• Wednesdays 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm (once per month until 8pm)
• Thursday (6:30 am to 12:30pm) (2:30pm to 6:30pm)
• Some evenings and weekends for promotional event
• Travel to conferences (approximately four times a year)
