Part time experienced admin assistant for busy insurance practice

Busy financial and insurance practice seeking experienced and flexible part time administrative assistant for 20+ hours per week (possibly full-time in the future)

Responsibilities will include:
*Calendar management
*Managing correspondence (email, phone, fax, etc.) and filtering those of importance
*Coordinating meetings
*Assisting with client account documentation and applications
*Communication and follow up with Advisor(s) with regards to documentation
*Responding to internal and branch documentation and process inquiries by email and by phone
*Other duties and projects as requested
*Data entry into CRM

The successful applicant will have a friendly and engaging manner, be highly organized, motivated, self-starting, able to problem solve, work well independently as well as in a team environment. A reliable PC laptop (programs will be installed) and cell phone is required for this position. While the majority of work will be performed remotely, the ideal candidate will be available to meet up to twice per week Downtown. Flexibility is a must in this position.

Ideal candidate:

– 3-5 years of administrative experience, experience in a financial or insurance firm environment strongly preferred
-Type 60+ WPM with accuracy
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office
– Ability work well under pressure and meet required deadlines
– Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment
– Effective organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Positive and friendly attitude
– Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
– Strong technical skills (MS Office), CRM, Mailchimp
