Office Administration Assistant

We are looking to expand our team with the addition of a part time office administration position with the potential to lead into a full time position.
Qualified candidates must be familiar with Sage 50 Accounting program, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and will be expected to demonstrate above average computer skills. Applicants must also have experience in an office administration/receptionist position in addition to invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable with extensive customer service and purchasing experience
Providing receptionist duties and support to our sale representative staff that will include tasks such as but not limited to purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, face to face customer service, and light lifting. It will be expected that this individual will develop a vast knowledge of products IcsClean distributes and can demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task and portray smart time management and organization skills.
