General Statement of Purpose

The job incumbent will be responsible for three roles:
1) Efficient and effective office administrative functions;
2) Performing marketing activities through print and online; and
3) Errand running and open for showings.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1) Administrative Activities:
a. Process Listings
b. Daily use of real estate software
c. Open doors for buyer showings (car is necessary)
d. Perform business errands (pick up documents and keys)
e. Schedule appointments
f. Produce Home Market Evaluations
g. Answer telephones
h. Write contracts (Listing & Purchase of Sale)
i. General lead generation and business tracking

2) Marketing Activities:
a. Assist in designing and Implementing print and web marketing efforts
b. Mail set up and delivery (ordering, shipping, and delivering)
c. Social media marketing

Work Environment

The job incumbent is a real estate assistant that is supervised by The Axford Group. Job duties will be done at a combination of at The Axford Group office errand running.

Job Specifications

Education and Experience: Experience working in an office environment is desirable and experience in real estate either at an office or as a previous REALTOR® assistant is also desirable.
Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of office procedures and practice; knowledge of computers; and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally on the telephone, in person with members of the public and other REALTORS®, and through email and text.
