The position of LAA will involve providing the partners at our firm your undivided attention to detail, corporate knowledge and innovative ideas. Corporate law involves many aspects of the legal field and in our firm it is important that everyone is on the same page and working toward the same goal.
Formatting client bills
Maintaining time for client bills
Managing partners calls, calendar and hours
Sending account reminders for clients
Providing support to partners and staff
Editing and drafting documents
Creating and formatting minute books
Sending/receiving faxed documents
Printing/scanning/emailing documents of high sensitivity
Candidate must have;
Responsible and respectful attitude
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and requests
Proficient with Microsoft programs – Word, Excel, Outlook
Previous experience in a professional environment and a strong ability to work independently
Flexibility with job tasks
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
A medium to high level of professional experience is required with at least 1-2 years of assistant/admin experience.
LAA training is preferred.
Bachelors degree is beneficial.
