Prepare a variety of Japanese food items for sushi, tempura dishes, udon, donburi.
Retrieve food items from the fridge or freezer.
Wash, peel, and/or cut food items, including fruits, vegetables, or certain types of fish.
Keep quantities of food used, portion and wrap food. Package orders, stock refrigerators/ Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances.
Clean any used kitchenware (e.g., knives) .
Mop or sweep the kitchen floor.
At least one year work experience in Japanese restaurant is an asset.
