What will you do?
As a Training Manager with our Downtown Vancouver client, you will:
•Deliver functional training to support a major technology project.
•Develop training materials that support classroom training.
•Integrate relevant content into existing training.
•Administer training events (registration, scheduling, reporting, metrics).
•Measure and monitor training effectiveness.
•Practice agility in maintenance of training documents to meet the needs of a fast-paced, agile project.

How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Training Manager role with our Downtown Vancouver client, you must have:
•3-5 years’ experience in designing learning solutions.
•3-5 years’ experience building and leading training plans and rollouts
•3-5 years’ experience with learning theories, principles, methods.
•3-5 years’ experience with adult training instruction and material design.
•2-3 years’ experience with Training effectiveness measurement tools.
•Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
•Supply chain experience an asset.
