The Inbound Customer Support/Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals while providing exceptional customer service to our valued consumers without the use of cold calling. Ideal candidates will have the desire to learn quickly, enjoy a challenge, and strive to reach high standards. The position will train and work from home during the current pandemic and beyond.
*THIS IS A TELEWORK POSITION* The Ideal Candidate will have experience in work from home telemarketing with high call volume and sales performance.
Technical Requirements When Working from Home:
· We need you to have your own PC and high-speed Internet service, both of which will be tested as part of the application process.
· You will need to provide your own USB headset
· Computer will need to be connected to your router/modem with a wired, Ethernet connection. Wi-Fi connections are not as stable
SALES Associates handle a high volume of calls – outbound calls to potential or established Clients
Ensure accurate & appropriate protocol is followed with each call (e.g. following script, data entry of Client Information.
Demonstrate confidence in presentation and sales. Maximize upsells.
Meet daily & weekly Performance and Quality Assurance goals.
Self – Starter. Motivated by Financial Reward.
