This is a 12-month contract position, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role at Ian Martin. Just let us know, as mentioned previously, we got you.The Goods* This is a full-time contract role running 12-months, and upon strong performance may lead to a contract extension or turn into a permanent position.* The role pays an hourly rate of $30 – $45 per hour, commensurate with experience. The salary range in this job ad reflects the hourly rate on an annual basis.* Flexible working conditions. What do we mean by ‘Flexible Working Conditions?’ Ian Martin is currently working from home and in the office depending on the role. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this role is Work-From-Home. For the record, we’re excited about returning to the office because we have a few, including one in Calgary, AB. We got you.What We’re Looking For* 5+ years of Technical recruiting experience, preferably within an Agile organization.* Proven ability to successfully deliver on deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment.* Proficiency with ATS/VMS and other related platforms (LiveHire, Fieldglass, Flextrack).* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a very fast-paced environment.* Technical recruitment expertise based out of the Alberta and British Columbia markets is a plus.* A driver’s license with a responsible driver’s record is a plus.The CompanyFounded in 1957, Ian Martin has a long history of permanent and temporary recruitment, contract management, and payroll service excellence.
