We are looking for an agile leader to join our team in helping deliver our products at scale, by leveraging their experience with agile practices to lead a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. You have experience providing hands-on-coaching, guidance, and support to all members of agile teams, in the development of high-quality software using agile mindsets, methods, practices and tools. Our values are the cornerstone of who we are: Embrace Knowledge Do the right thing Seek adventure and smiles Healthy hearts and heads Pursue opportunity Build community Skills5 years’ experience in an agile delivery / transformation / training / mentor role5 years’ experience defining and leading the introduction of Agile processes within a multi-team environmentExperience with at least 2 Agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.)Strong experience in coaching teams in advancing agile practicesEffective communicator at all levels of the organisationHands-on experience and accountability for delivery outcomes using Agile practicesAble to enable and maintain processes and communications to support geographically distributed agile deliveryStrong working knowledge and experience with Jira and Confluence Preferred Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business or related fieldProfessional certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similarAt least 2 years working experience with practices like test-driven development (TDD), behavior- driven development (BDD), automation, pair/mob programming, code refactoring, continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery What you will be doingChampion and promote Agile principles, values and scrum practices within team and with stakeholdersCoach teams on best practices, working with teams and leadership for continuous improvement in our processesFacilitate team’s sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectivesEnsure team grooms and prioritizes backlog, estimates user stories and that the team plans sprints to deliver highest valueConduct open and honest sprint retrospectives, identifying and implementing improvementsConduct team Agile health assessments and implement corrective measures where neededProvide regular constructive feedback on team performance, identifying opportunities for skills development, empowerment and masteryFacilitate communication between team members and between the team and its stakeholdersWork with Product Management to ensure the backlog is groomed and prioritized towards delivering highest valueIdentify and remove roadblocks that may impede team’s delivery of valueUse metrics to plan, make team’s work visible and to proactively identify obstacles to delivering value – e.g. burn-down charts, sprint velocityPerform other related duties as required Our Interview Process This isn’t just about us getting to know you.
