We are currently looking for an outbound call center agent to join our survey team in an award-winning full service communication, opinion research, and fundraising consulting firm for a 5 week project. This role is a full time temporary (5 weeks) opportunity starting Monday 28th September! We are interviewing TODAY so please do not hesitate to reach out if you are interested.
– Located in Vancouver however you will be working from home
– Duties are making outbound calls and completing surveys with customers over the phone
– Shift available:
Monday – Friday
12.30PM – 8.00PM
– Short term assignment (5 weeks long).
 Work from comfort of own home
 $14.87 hourly (plus 4% vacation pay so $15.46 all included)
 BONUS – you will be eligible for $1.60 per phone hour (hours you are actually calling (so would exclude breaks and training etc))
 5 weeks of full time work with overtime available
 Paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit
 Immediate start – Monday 28th September
 Short term assignment so ideal for someone looking for short term work between now and the end of October
 Must have laptop/ own computer that is hard wired via a cable to your router/modem
 Polite telephone manner
 Typing speeds of 40 words per minute +
 Reasonable computer experience
 Must be comfortable talking on the phone
 Pleasant verbal communicator
 Ability to work well with others
 Excellent listener
 Bilingual in Punjabi/ English is an asset
 Trilingual in Mandarin and Cantonese/ English is an asset
