Supervisor for Residential Cleaning & Maintenance

We are in search of amazing experienced Cleaning & Maintenance Supervisors to lead and train our team of Chore Assistants.

Cleaning and maintenance Supervisor role and duties:

Work with operations on the establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for team members and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
Training and developing team members on company standard cleaning and maintenance skills
Coordinating with scheduler to schedule and assigning specific duties/roles to team members and also ensuring that they are carried out professionally
Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials and supplies so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
Providing any form of required assistance to team members while they carry out their duties.
Report and provide feedback to management on daily operations
We are seeking Full-time applicants with competitive wage of $27/hr.

Job Requirements:

*Residential Cleaning experience is required

*Minimum high school graduation education is required

* Bright, creative and positive energy

* Leadership and mentoring qualities

* Works well in teams and open to supporting team members with good interpersonal attributes

* Effective and clear communication and leadership skills with English Proficiency

* Proactive in the line of duty

* Clear understanding of customer service guidelines/principles

* Problem-solving and organizational skills, Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Reliability, Dependability, Initiative, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Excellence in decision making ability and judgement, Excellent written communication, Integrity

* Background clean criminal check is required

* Smart phone with working data required

* Previous training and supervisor experience is an asset

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is also an asset
