Senior Sales Operations Analyst


Job Description:Job Location: For this role we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in North America.Sr. Sales Operations Analyst The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be an integral part the Sales Operations team supporting the Enterprise & Global Sales segment; this role is the operational lead for the segment and primarily supports the Sales Leaders and teams in the execution of the operational model and achieving the financial targets for their business. The role is responsible for providing sales operations support, implementing business processes for efficient sales operations, directing sales force effectiveness and management of functions essential to sales force productivity. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the successful individual will collaborate with the Sales team and stakeholders across Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing and other teams to drive innovation, and actionable recommendations in all aspects of sales operations. The role will work with the Sales Operations team to deliver process improvements and tools that drive sales effectiveness and data integrity. Key Responsibilities · Act as the trusted advisor and partner to the business with credibility and influence, from strategy to execution · Simplify and optimize reports or related infrastructure. Make consumption of reports accessible and relevant for senior leaders. · Identify areas of risk or opportunity by conducting detailed analysis of forecast, pipeline and trending data, with ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations · Lead, influence, and champion best processes and behaviors to reinforce accountability for smooth end-to-end process execution. · Provide readiness for Segment sales on sales tools and process, including opportunity management, forecast management, demand management · Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement innovative improvements of operations processes and tools that accelerate business impact. · Actively contribute to team success by showcasing successes, learnings, and best practices. · Collaborate with cross functional teams to continuously drive greater sales alignment and efficiencies · Identify, lead, and coordinate execution of advanced technical, adaptive, or strategic projects designed to address and improve business bottlenecks, gaps, or deficiencies.
