Job Description:Senior Paid Media & Marketing Strategy LeadWe are growing our team and need an experienced Senior Paid Media & Marketing Strategy Lead to lead our Paid Media & Search Engine Marketing team./Archive transforms traditional businesses into high-performing digital leaders. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide leadership in the communications, branding, marketing, advertising, and all digital media strategy activities for Archive and their clients. Lead the development of appropriate marketing strategies and implements integrated initiatives in close collaboration with Archive’s clients, the internal team, and supporting relationships Set the direction for projects both within Archive, and for Archive’s clients, in order to advance the goals and objectives of the clients Accountable for leading a creative, integrated and multi-channel department/team and for making C&M decisions for internal projects and our client’s strategic initiativesFunction as Archive’s senior operational advisor for marketing, while providing direct oversight of project management, internal communications, and marketing operationsExcellent knowledge in creating C&M strategies/plans that support organizational goals and objectivesExcellent interpersonal, team leadership, collaboration and consensus building skillsExcellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, exercising mature judgment and a high level of diplomacy and discretion.Ability to establish, evaluate, and execute short- and long-range goals and objectives.Ability to work on a variety of initiatives, establish priorities, and meet deadlines. Requirements 7-10+ years’ experience Experience working with multi-million-dollar global enterprise clients on multiple continents Experience planning, executing and managing high-budget global campaigns and global paid media accountsExperience managing paid media performance and advanced knowledge in a variety of paid media platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.)Experience with data visualization in at least one of Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsExperience leading significant marketing automation efforts Experience managing paid media, marketing, and digital staff Google Certified (Search, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification)Experience leveraging Google Ads AI tools to enhance platform performance Experience working with data science and database teams supporting marketing automation and operations Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PPC/SEM role, with a track record of positive account performanceAdvanced knowledge of CRO, remarketing/retargeting, audience building, and campaign structuresHave working knowledge of creating and implementing trackingAbility to communicate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders, both internal and externalDesire to seek out and propose innovative paid media solutionsPassion for visualizing data in an approachable and design-conscious mannerA self-motivated learner who is adept at creative problem-solving.Familiarity with SEO concepts are advantageous.
