Currently, VictorEric Design Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist/Building Designer to join our team in Vancouver, BC on a full-time basis.
As our new Senior Architectural Technologist/Building Designer, you’ll work collaboratively alongside our greater team to create amazing spaces that will delight both our clients and our community. If you’re ready to work on award-winning and luxurious homes while also giving back to the community through corporate-sponsored volunteer events then this is the opportunity for you.
In order to qualify for this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in the local custom home design field along with previous wood-frame house design experience. You will also need at least 3 years of full-time experience using Revit as well as intimate knowledge of single-family bylaws in the city of Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.
As our ideal candidate, you’ll join us with excellent communication skills and huge enthusiasm for the world of architecture, design, and construction. Your strong interpersonal skills will combine with your technical knowledge and experience to ensure your success as you drive our projects forward while always taking care to ensure a high-quality end result. Your dedication towards the work that you do, as well as your creativity and determination to improve and make things better, will help foster a positive working environment for the greater team that is working alongside you.
