Job Description:We are a global manufacturer of commercial/industrial odor neutralizing products headquartered in Toronto, Canada, looking to increase our touchpoints to potential customers outside Ontario, particularly throughout Quebec and British Columbia. Our odor neutralizing products are established and proven effective in the industry for over 40 years serving both domestic and international clients. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and motivated Sales Partner/Agent (100% commission based) whose top priority is client satisfaction. Building on your existing success in the commercial/industrial sales space, you will leverage your talents by promoting and expanding the reach of our brand. In this position, you will identify new business opportunities, present our products and services, develop relationships with clients and close your own deals. We have an entire team to support your sales with order processing, fulfillment, logistics, and billing. Position Overview: The Sales Partner/Agent is a key player in establishing and maintaining working relationships with OEM customers and end-users in the local province. Under the supervision of our designated Sales Manager, your mandate is to capitalize on those relationships to generate new sales revenues and achieve increased sales results with our strong product in the assigned territory. This is a Senior Sales position; full training and marketing support will be provided. Compensation: This position offers a generous commission-only structure that rewards your hard work and persistence. Main tasks:Generate sales by developing new potential customers and grow market share in the territory.Identify and prioritize high potential sales opportunities or sales gaps and provide possible solutions.Identify and pursue sales opportunities and develop forecasts with our current and new product lines.Use effective sales planning, industry networking, and market information to maximize deals in the territory.Prepare and present quotations, proposals, reports, correspondence, and product presentations at all customer levels.Effectively communicate new order details to Sales Manager and Customer Service for processing.Develop, update and maintain accurate sales call notes, prospect funnel, planned activities, and sales pipeline.Keep up to date on industry trends, technologies, and advancements.Monitor competitors, market conditions, provide market intelligence and timely sales reporting to Sales Manager and the ManagementActively participate in relevant sales meetings and training sessionsIf requested, participate in trade shows and industry events as required online and offline Competencies:Customer FocusedAbility to capitalize on business opportunitiesTechnical SalesNegotiationTime ManagementTech SavvyPresentation SkillsProblem SolvingEffective CommunicationsTeam PlayerIntegrity Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years of outside technical sales experienceOdor control market-related experience would be an asset.Good analytical, planning / organizational skills and able to transpose strategy into actionAbility to manage a sales territory through your existing networkYou must have your own base of existing customers, with verifiable current sales results.Excellent technical aptitude with a solid knowledge of our productsStrong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail are essentialThe candidate must be a self-starter with a high energy level, driven to succeed, the ability, and the integrity to work with minimal supervision.Self-disciplined with a high sense of urgency and excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written & verbal; French is a must for the QC regionProficiency using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), necessary remote working software such as Zoom etc.Strong time management skillsAccess to a reliable vehicle at all times.
