Our client in Surrey, BC is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.
The company has been around for over 35 years and is an international business in the furniture sector.
They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to help our their sales team. The Sales Coordinator will report to the manager in the US and will assist 2-3 sales people with their day-to-day administration and scheduling.

What you will be doing:
-customer service and taking care of anything to do with the customer
-scheduling and meeting preparation
-order entry and follow up
-attending trade shows (now virtual)
-understanding vendor compliance and guidelines
-attending meetings with sales and marketing teams
-creating weekly reports
-helping create marketing and sales packages and materials
-ensuring quality control for product requests
-responding to customer inquiries
-working with a well established company
-M-F 7:30-4PM scheudle
