In this important role, you will work side-by-side with our current office coordinator to provide office support including reception and administration. About Harbourside CPA Harbourside CPA is a Vancouver-based Chartered Professional Accountants public practice firm providing quality audit and assurance, tax, estate planning, and advisory services. Your Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering calls, greeting visitors, responding to phone and email inquiries and other reception duties.Performing administrative duties preparing correspondence, data entry, faxing, printing and copying, updating spreadsheets and dropping off bank deposits.Organizing the office, ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and the office is tidy.Processing client payments by email and over the phone, delivering excellent customer service to our clients.Supporting the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials for meetings, coordinating couriers and distributing mail.
