Salary: $38,400 /annum plus bonus
The Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Position
Language Required: English
Working Hours: 30 hours per week based on the schedule
9:00am to 05:00pm; Monday to Sunday
Start Date: As soon as possible

As a local real estate company, we are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated full-time Estate Administrative Assistant to join us.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
1.Prepare and proofread legal documents such as Sales and Purchase agreements to ensure compliance with legal procedures;
2.Prepare general office forms and documents include guest forms, registration forms, customer testimonial forms, etc;
3.Coordinate and oversee editorial calendars and time-lines for all paperwork;
4.Assist realtor with scheduling and appointments;
5.Prepare monthly work reports and assist Realtor by organizing sales data, testimonials, market trends analysis;
6.Responsible for draft and organize company internal memos;
7.Organize and maintain both hard-copy and electronic copy of office documents, files, and client folders;
8.Prepare and update marketing related contents, including but not limited to brochures, postcards, promotion flyers, promotional articles, company websites, event infos, etc;
9.Assist realtor to build and maintain working collaboration and relation with customers, real estate developers, and other agents;
10.Check and order office supplies if required;
11.Responsible to assist the realtor to coordinate with different printing/designing company for marketing materials, train and coordinate part-time administrative/marketing staffs if needed;
12.Other required duties as assigned;

Job Requirements
– Completion of a college diploma in business, communication, marketing, or related program is required;
– Minimum 1 year of related work experiences in administration or marketing is required;
– Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time, and work in a fast-paced environment;
– Working ability with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, etc;
– Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
– Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
– Strong writing and organizational skills;
– Eligibility to legally work in Canada;
