RBC Career Launch is more than a one-year paid internship. It gives you the chance to gain practical work experience and develop new skills that will help you build a foundation that will take you anywhere. Three rotations with unique experiences Rotation 1 Support RBC Clients Build your communication, teamwork and customer relationship skills by supporting RBC clients. Rotation 2 Support a Local Charity Play a role in helping communities prosper while gaining insights into the vital work of our charitable partners. Rotation 3 Support a Business Unit Build on all that you’ve learned and contribute in one of RBC’s functional areas (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, or Operations). Through the program you will: * Obtain professional development through targeted coaching * Work with a dedicated mentor * Expand your network * Receive resources to develop your skills * Gain insights to inform your career journey Important dates * Application period: January 4, 2021 at 9 am to January 18, 2021 at 11:59 pm EST * Interview period: from January, 2021 * Virtual panel assessments: February, 2021 * Program start: March 17, 2021 Eligibility criteria * Aged 24 or under as of March 17, 2021 * Graduated university or college by January 18, 2021 * Legally entitled to work in Canada for the duration of the program (March 2021 – March 2022) * Not currently employed by RBC * Not the child of or under legal guardianship of an Executive or Managing director at RBC on the date you apply * Available to work in one of the participating cities: Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, MontrĂ©al, Halifax, Moncton, Charlottetown, Oakville, Burlington, Guelph, Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, London, Oshawa, Whitby, Barrie, Kingston, Ottawa or St. John’s
