Your New Role As Project Manager, Construction you will act as the Owner’s representative in creating positive working relationships with a high calibre team of architects, engineers and contractors. Drawing on your background in mechanical engineering you will contribute and bring technical expertise throughout all stages of the project’s lifestyle. Collaborating with internal design and development teams you will review drawings and specifications, help establish budgets, timelines, monitor and report on project performance. What Sets You Apart You should have at least six years of progressive construction project management experience working with ownership or respected GC’s. Mechanical engineering is your specialism and you will be passionate about staying on top of the latest construction techniques and methodologies. You are known for high quality, detailed, technical work. You can demonstrate your contribution to the skyline and will be respected by your peers for your commitment to going above and beyond.
