•Configure the COTS software and help in support.
•Understanding the data models.
•Build workflow within an application
•End-user support and administrative tasks
•Working with BSAs and Data Engineers to process and present data in the tool.
How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Product System Engineer role with our Downtown Vancouver client, you must have:
•1-2 years’ hands on experience in software configuration.
•1-2 years’ experience implementation and troubleshooting COTS application.
•1-2 years’ hands on experience in application support and installation.
•Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution experience.
•Excellent communication skills.
