Job Description:Job Description Our fast growing real estate company is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative with exceptional people skills. This is a work from home position. Previous real estate experience is not necessary. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are also looking for people who are self-starters, can take direction and have a desire to be the best they can be. Schedule: Weekends 10am – 6pm PST . Work from home. No cold calling Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls as they are received. 2. Returned any missed calls within 5 minutes. 3. Compare comps for other properties. 4. Create rapport with customers and get to know why the want to sell their home privately. 5. Enter all information gathered into company CRM (Data base). Required: -High School diploma -Exceptional people skills -Must be a team player and get along with other team members. -Excellent verbal and written communications skills – Must have strong computer skills – Must be very organized Who will you be working with? We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in “as is” condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
