POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an Assistant to the CEO to provide administrative support to our fully remote leadership team. As the Assistant to the CEO, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. In addition, you will support the CEO in a personal assistant capacity as required (in person as necessary). Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. This is a part-time position. Requirements HERE IS WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE Personal assistance as required by the CEO Schedule meetings on behalf of the CEO Book travel and accommodations (potential in future) Scheduling support for greater Executive team Other administrative duties as required QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant or relevant role Strong familiarity with current technologies Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills Excellent time management skills Solid organizational skills If the above resonates and you feel like you have the skills and experience to hit the ground running to be successful at this role then we want to hear from you.
