Pallet Repair Worker | Surrey | $ 16/hr – Surrey

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy working with power tools? Do you enjoy hitting targets?

We are currently looking for a few Pallet Repair Workers who are willing to learn repairing damaged pallets using speed, accuracy, and power tools such as band saw and circular saw machines to build/repair wooden pallets. Great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in this field. Training is provided.

Wage: $16/hr
Shift: 6:30AM – 3PM
Monday – Friday
Transit accessible!

As a Pallet Repair Worker, duties include but are not limited to:
– Utilizing and band saw and a circular saw
– Cutting 2×4 of lumber with saws
– Stacking 2×4’s accordingly
– Repairing wooden products utilizing a hammer and a nail gun
– Manually lift 40-pound pallets to inspect product to make sure they meet quality criteria.
– Restocks building supplies at the end of shift
– Some experience in construction and/or related field.
– Ability to operate electrical power tools.

Qualifications
– Able to stand for extended periods of time
– At least 6-month of previous experience using power tools
– Reliable, team player with ability to work in fast pace environment
– Able to lift up to 50+ lbs
