Office Manager – Richmond

Our client in Richmond, BC is looking for an Office Manager.

The Office Manager will be the personal assistant to the director and general manager of the company and will provide support to other management when needed. This person will also be responsible for scheduling, office management, administration, and other organizational duties. This person will be taking care of most office functions, such as: reception, some human resources, some accounting, some management of the accounting processes, and daily administration.

Qualifications
-Must be organized.
-Needs accounting background to help with basic business functions
-Some HR background is an asset
-Some managerial experience is an asset
-Must hold a college or university bachelor’s degree.
-Previous work experience as an assistant not required but is a plus.
-Must have excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
-Should be familiar with scheduling software and/or be able to make schedules for multiple people/projects contemporaneously.
-Must have good interpersonal skills and strong written and spoken communication.
-Fluency in English is required.
-Fluency in French, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a plus.
-Extremely trustworthy and reliable
