Office Coordinator

Our client is looking to add an office coordinator to their growing team. They are looking for someone eager to grow and learn on the job. Who can adapt and prioritize and will thrive in a fast paced environment.

The Office Administrator will support the Investment, and Accounting team approx 2 days a week with potential for growth into a full time role. We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative and prioritize work loads while providing exceptional support to the team.

Responsibilities
– Monitoring incoming and outgoing mail
– Scanning and digitally filing documents and invoices
– Maintaining info database
– Office management including monitoring and ordering supplies and some facilities coordination
– coordination of internal and external meetings both virtual and in person
-Assisting with leasing, asset documentation and investments
– Cold calls, entry level marketing and map making

Qualifications
* Completed or enrolled in an undergraduate degree
* 0-3 years’ experience in a similar role, or Undergrad student looking for co-op experience
* Exceptional written and communication skills
* MS office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
