Our team is currently looking for an Office Coordinator.The Office Coordinator will be responsible for the general operation of the corporate head office and will provide administrative support to the executive team. This position will be a key contributor to Securiguard Cares Initiatives and company culture events.This is a full-time position with extended health and dental benefits.In response to COVID, Securiguard has implemented a variety of safety protocols in all its branches and sites of operation. With the ability to service clients across Canada including major centers, small towns, and remote locations by air, land, or sea their team of 3000+ strong security and safety professionals, make people feel safe by offering a comprehensive selection of safety and security services and solutions.What will you do:In charge of office space logistics and building management (setting up new employees with office space)Responsible for building management duties by coordinating with Property ManagerOversees Securiguard Cares initiatives, conducts meetings, ensures engagement and awarenessWorks with all departments to ensure engagement with all corporate programsActive member in the social committee (ensuring staff participation in key holidays and events)Actively participates in company events and meetings, while promoting Securiguard’s brand and culture Assists in the coordination of company events such as team building events, client events, tradeshows, etc. Assists and supports the Executive Leadership TeamOther duties and projects as assignedWhat will you bring: Minimum two years of operational experience in a high-volume office or business environmentA diploma or degree in Criminology, Office/Business Management or a relevant field is an asset Security Industry experience and administrative skills are an asset Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookExcellent communication and organizational skillsA positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude Securiguard is an equal opportunity employer, and we value the diversity of our staff.
