Infocus Management Consulting is looking for a strong Assistant who is comfortable making calls to confirm appointments and entering data for our fast-paced, busy office. Our ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, professional and has experience making calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Make phone calls to physician offices to set appointments and obtain information.
Data entry of medical reports.
Verify accuracy of data inputted into the system–Must be able to proofread own work.
Complete reports with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks in a timely manner
Team player with a positive attitude!
WHAT WE OFFER:
