Office Administrator – Property Management Company – Vancouver, BC
-Full time, permanent position, for an experienced, mature, hardworking & well organized individual, who is looking to make a long term commitment to work for an owner of an established portfolio of rental and leasehold, multifamily, residential, properties. Vehicle required.
The office is centrally located in the west end of Vancouver.
Primary Requirements, not limited to the following:
-Data entry
-Bank deposits
-Collections – account reconciliations
-Home Owner Grants
-Letter writing
-Strong typing & computer skills
-General office duties and reception
-Vehicle required – millage will be paid to make short trips to do the banking
-Accpac A/R experience an asset
