Job Description:As a Merchant Services Representative, you will be an essential part in welcoming valued merchants to the platform. You will also master the essential functions of Merchant Services, including onboarding merchants, updating merchant menus, and managing workflows in Salesforce queues and cases. You will work with Merchants, welcoming them and making sure their experience is seamless!This position is temporarily 100% remote due to COVID-19 and will transition back to in-office location at a later date. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…Ensure merchants have a delightful on-boarding experience and are satisfied on the platform.Communicate across multiple teams within the organization to coordinate a seamless merchant onboarding and service experience.Educate merchants on processes and protocols through forms, email, and phone communication.Monitor processes, and track case and task progress through Salesforce and other software.Eagerly reach metric-based performance goals.Learn and master our systems and processes.Have the opportunity to promote up our career ladder.
