Meat Curer/ Dryer/ Machine Food Operator

>To operate multi-function process control machinery, through control panel systems;
>Slice, blend, cook, drying, curing and other procedural to process and to bag, box, package food products.
>Observe, monitor gauges, temperature settings, to verify specified processing conditions, make adjustments to process such as cooking times
>Maintain shift log of production and other data. Set up and adjust meat processing and packaging machines
>Operate machines to grind, slice, mix, blend, dry, cure, freeze, grill, smoke pork and beef
>Operate single-function machines to box; packaging meat products, weigh, label, seal
>Check meat to ensure conformance to food standards; clear machines blockages as required
>Record production information e.g. quantity, weight, size, date and type of products package
>Remove kitchen garbage and trash; maintain a clean and safe work environment, sweep, mop wash, polish floors

Required skills and abilities
>Atleast 1 year to less than 2 years food handling and machine operation experience; willing to be trained.
>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good experience working in a busy working environment
>Able to stand on your feet for long period of time; must be able to lift up to 50lbs
>Language: English

Positions (Full-time)
>Salary Range: $16.17 PER HOUR
>Day shift 35 to 40 hours per week; with applicable holiday pay, vacation pay
