Claymore Clothes Ltd.‎ ( is a BC company established in 1963 that ‎manufactures clothing to private and public sector agencies that require specialized uniform ‎clothing. The company specializes in made to measure military, fire department, police mess kits ‎and dress uniforms as well as fire department station wear and police duty uniforms tailored by ‎professional custom tailors. The company wishes to hire two (2) Manufacturing Managers (NOC ‎‎0911). ‎

‎1.‎ The job duties and responsibilities of the two (2) Manufacturing Managers (NOC 0911) ‎include, but not limited to:‎

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the manufacturing operations of a ‎clothing manufacturing establishment;‎
• Contribute to the setting goals and objectives for maintaining and expanding ‎the ‎clothing manufacturing business; ‎
• Develop and implement plans to efficiently use manufacturing materials and allocate ‎the workers to the different manufacturing sections according to their skills to ‎increase the factory’s productivity;‎
• Develop manufacturing production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw ‎materials to ensure prompt ‎and accurate processing of ‎customer ‎orders‎;‎
• Maintain the quality of finished ‎products as well as raw materials and standardize it; ‎
• Ensure ‎to meet client’s needs; ‎
• Contribute to plan and implement changes to machinery and direct in the use of new ‎machines, equipment and methods of work; ‎
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of ‎Machines to ensure the security and safety of the factory and productivity ‎enhancement;‎
• Recruit the workers for the manufacturing section of the factory, supervise and ‎provide training for them;‎
• Develop and maintain business relationships within the ‎industry where the ‎‎manufacturing order come from‎;‎
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of; the clothing ‎manufacturing production department ‎

Competencies and skills: ‎
• Managing experience in Manufacturing of clothing ‎
• Familiarity with clothing manufacturing ‎
• Familiarity with the equipment and machinery required for clothing manufacturing‎
‎ ‎

Education and Work Experience: ‎
• Completion of a college or university degree or diploma. Preferable if related to ‎Clothing Manufacturing.‎
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience. ‎

• Organized with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-rounded team player ‎
• Attention to detail and focus on results
• Proven multi-tasking ability while maintaining quality performance levels

Terms of employment : ‎
• Permanent , full time, 40 hours per week

Benefit / Vacation offered
• ‎4 % remuneration within 12months‎
• ‎6 % remuneration after 12months ‎
