
We are a local real estate firm providing residential/commercial trading services and rental property management to clients.
As our office administrator, your main duties include but not limited to:
– input listings and trades data
– manage and run company website
– manage and run company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Wechat
– assist more than 20 real estate agents on the paperworks, marketing and general inquiries
– assist manager and conveyancer on daily jobs
– run errands to banks and law firms
– order office supplies and marketing materials
Requirements:
1. Being able to work in Canada legally
3. Having a class 5/7 BC driver’s license
4. Being able to work in West Vancouver/North Vancouver
*Having more than 1 year local real estate industry working experience is an asset
*Having bookkeeping related working experience is an asset
*Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a bonus
