Line Cook (NOC 6322)

Position: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Compensation: $15.00 to $16.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Position available: 1
Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours / week, Vacation is 4% of earnings, Overtime rate is x1.5
Location: 158 E Pender St, Vancouver, BC V6A 1T3

Job Duties:
• Prepares an extensive variety of foods utilizing standardized recipes,
• Setting up working stations with all needed ingredients and Equipment’s,
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food,
• Always maintain the food prepare and kitchen cleaned and sanitized,
• May clean kitchen, working and dishwashing areas,
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
• Oversee Kitchen operation,
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs,
• May supervise kitchen helpers.

Education:
• Completion of secondary school.

Requirements:
• Must have at least 1 year of experienced as cook.
