What we need from you: Can analyze and interpret the needs of our customers concerns and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions. Can operate independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality is best-in-class! Have an above average technical aptitude. Previous Mazda training and experience is not necessary but will be considered an asset. Fully licensed (Red Seal) automotive technician. CDK dealer management system experience an asset. Well developed communication skills – can effectively work and interact with other members of the dealership. The ability to follow policies and procedures as mandated my manufacture guidelines.
