The Location.

The Position
The Information Technology Coordinator is accountable for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Town’s computer network, cloud services, and critical business applications. This work is inclusive of planning, estimating, and implementing changes and improvements to systems management and security practices and policies and requires close liaison with a wide variety of staff holding diverse technology needs.

The Requirements
To ensure success, the incumbent will hold a diploma in Information technology from an accredited technical institute and a minimum of five (5) years’ progressive related experience designing, implementing and supporting core IT technical infrastructure in a unionized municipal, provincial, or similar setting. Comparable combinations of education and experience may be considered.
