Job Description:New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an Implementation Leads to assist with specific work streams related to a key primary health care initiative. This will involve working closely with other team members across different locations. Responsibilities will include, depending on the particular work stream, items such as:Assist with the work stream planning, resources, and supportImplement the work stream planDevelop process flow for working with the work streamsManage an online portalDevelop a narrative and branding for the initiative for internal and external audiencesDevelop tools and materials to communicate messaging about the initiativeManage the project announcementsAssist with the development of an engagement strategyIdentify and develop training and capacity development for the initiativeSupport change management communication Requirements:4+ years in Business Analysis and/or project implementation lead, coordination, or management rolesAbility to provide project / work stream planning and support servicesKnowledge of building and implementing communication plans and strategiesExperience managing resourcesAbility to create communication and training materialsExperience in health care beneficialExperience with First Nations beneficial If you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
