Full-time Human Resources Assistant (35 hours/week)
HR Department, HR Programs & Systems Branch

We are seeking someone with a positive outlook, a can-do attitude, and fantastic people and communication skills. Generally, you will provide administrative and software assistance to staff, coordinate award events and recognition programs, coordinate training workshops, set up online learning activities and train staff on
a variety of HR software systems and processes. You will administer the HR budget, report on spending and other statistics and support the HR Programs Branch with the coordination of corporate programs and projects including; performance reviews, engagement surveys, corporate training and staff development programs. 

Contribute to our strongly collaborative, diverse team and provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients. You have related experience and knowledge of HR best practices, with post-secondary education in human resources, HR software systems, business and/or finance. You love using computers & systems effectively, are naturally curious on how systems work, detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter and enjoy people.
