Our Client, a progressive seafood processing plant located in Delta, BC, is seeking a highly motivated, professional and detail orientated REACH Forklift Operator to join our team.
What you need to know:
Shift Timings: Monday-Friday (06:30 AM – 02:30 PM)
Location: Delta, BC
Job Functions /General Responsibilities:
(Include, but are not limited to):
-Complete pre-shift forklift sheets.
-Efficiently and accurately load and unload trailers, trucks & containers fresh and frozen product.
-Put product away.
-Load and unload freezers.
-Accurately write shipping tags.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills
-You have Forklift certification, Valid Class 2 Certification required
-Exceptionally strong communication skills, with an innate positive attitude that is both personable and professional to work with.
-Strong verbal, written and visual communications skills with great interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to efficiently multitask, with an aptitude to understand complexities in order to set priorities and manage workload accordingly by demonstrating superior prioritization and time management skills.
-Analytical problem solver with an ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks, even within changing conditions.
-An innovative approach to continuous improvements.
-Willingness and ability to learn and perform duties within/outside of job description as required to accomplish the company goals.
-A team player who firmly believes in the strengths of shareable knowledge.
