Job Description:At Cleantech Service Group, we are looking to add a new member into our Operations Team! Currently, we are searching for a Field Cleaning Supervisor. Please note that you need your own transportation to perform the duties of this role*** The position You will in charge of a small portfolio of buildings where you will ensure Cleantech cleaning standards are being met. Additionally, you will cover some cleaning shifts when it’s needed (planned or unplanned cleaner’s absences). The ideal candidate is someone with at least 2 years of cleaning experience, but ready to step into the next level of his/her career. We are here to support you, and train you to succeed in this role. The most important is to have a proactive and a can do attitude. What are the responsibilities of this role?Oversee day-to-day operations of your sites/cleaners, reporting and deficiencies and needsEnsure adherence to SOPs, checklists, and train personnel when initiating work with a new client/siteMotivates, disciplines, and evaluates staffComplete assigned inspections as per inspection scheduleProperly communicate and maintain training records for all personnel assigned to your portfolioMaintain awareness of ‘Best Practices’ and new standards in the cleaning industryCover cleaner vacations and sick leavesAny other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations What you bring to the teamAt least 2 years of experience in the Janitorial or related industriesProactive and can do attitude Excellent organizational skills Effective verbal and written communicationIntermediate to advanced computer skillsAbility to deal with customers (cleaners) in a positive, courteous and respectful mannerHas a driven attitude to meet deadlines and be a contributing member in a team environment.
