2021 is our Company’s 20th Anniversary in the construction industry! Since 2001, our Company has provided quality wood framing and concrete formation throughout the Lower Mainland. Our current projects in Vancouver include building new custom homes and renovating traditional heritage homes.
Our New Home projects are unique with custom designs and architectural concrete. Many of the First Shaughnessy Heritage Homes that we have renovated are over 100 years old. We help to modernize these historic homes while preserving and maintaining the traditional exteriors. Some past renovations have involved lifting the homes to accommodate new basement swimming pools, bowling alleys, movie theatre rooms etc.
Our Company is a Registered Sponsor for ITA (Industry Training Authority) for those who are interested in pursuing their Red Seal Certification in Carpentry. We encourage everyone to sign up for the program and consider their future goals. All employed hours count towards the Carpentry Apprenticeship. There is no set time-limit required to complete the ITA program; you can achieve the Red Seal Certification at your own pace.
