About the Role:
Experienced Automotive Sales Manager – Reporting to the GSM/GM.
This is a great opportunity to outdo the rest of the managers and get rewarded for your efforts. Daily focus on new and used targets.
Work closely with the team leaders, train and mentor them, develop new skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring proper follow up of all Sold and Unsold customers is completed and documented in CRM
Working with the GSM in creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for the new-and-used sales departments.
Meeting with sales personnel to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
Hiring and monitoring the performance of the salespeople, holding daily and weekly sales meetings, and conducting sales training with your own team.
Meeting monthly with the GSM to review forecasts and profits for each department.
Maintaining a high level of CSI.
Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of automotive salespeople
Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
Oversee all activities occurring in the vehicle showroom
Set sales goals, track progress and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
Desking New and Used Car deals
Turnover with intent to close the car deal
Turnover of Customer to Finance Office.
-A minimum of 3 years of Automotive Sales Manager Experience
-Strong negotiations and closing skills, with a proven track record
-Ability to recruit, mentor, and train new hires. Discipline and terminate if needed
-Tech Savvy – Dealer Socket, Outlook, MS Office Applications, Social Media
-Exemplary organizational skills, great paperwork, process, and procedural execution
– Strong communication skills to deal with .
customers, employees, and vendors, as they represent the dealership.
