Executive Assistant


Job Description:Looking for a reliable and talented Executive Assistant for the Vice President of a high-paced International IT and Digital agency. Scope of the assignment is to support Vice President with superior calendar and inbox management, administration of entire sales funnel, documentation preparation and support and other related ad hoc support. With offices spread globally, you will focus on the following key assignments to start: – Calendar Management (daily and long-term) – eventually travel, bookings etc.- Inbox Management- Communications between office, executives, partners and key stakeholders inside and outside of company- Overall support and management to the Vice President on general activities so as to release the Vice President to organize time on higher priority items- Preparation of materials, including client presentations, contract, proposals, pitch materials etc.- Sales Funnel Organization and Pipeline deal flow from beginning to end.- Meeting minutes (detailed note taking)- Excellent Communication skillsMinimum capabilities required:- Scheduling and management- Quick and deep researching skills to support industry-related copywriting in timely manner- Advanced Knowledge in: Office 365 Suite, Conferencing Softwares- Excellent copywriting capabilities Education & Experience: -Diploma level from admin or management program-2 years of work experience in an Executive Assistant Role General Traits Desired:-Entrepreneurial-Level-headed-Self-managed-Keen initiative-Team player-Very flexible as the assignment grows Company Description:WPIC is a full-service eCommerce and IT consulting firm that services companies looking to grow in the Chinese and broader APAC markets.
