This position is located in Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Full-Time Position (Approx 40 hours per week) – With the opportunity to expand and grow your role in the business enterprise. Naidoo Wealth Management is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative support to the Naidoo team while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. You will be working with a team of 3 Financial Planning Professionals that will be expanding for the long term. Here is a glimpse into what your career could look like with us! What you will be responsible for:Provide a high level of customer service that consistently exceeds expectations and enhances the relationship with the client.Evaluate, communicate, record and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondenceAdministrative & marketing tasks, organization and development of business systemsResponsible for the accurate completion and timely submission of requestsReceive incoming/forwarded phone calls in a professional manner, taking and distributing messages.Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.Capture and input information, both for presentation and storage, into the appropriate softwareOther administrative duties, as assigned inclusive of: meeting arrangements, minute-taking, filing, invoicing, travel/meeting bookings.Maintain high level of organization and building systems for the practice. High attention to detail and organizational skills are required for this position.Ability to be innovative and create marketing strategy’s to attract new prospective clients. What we need from you: Education · High School Graduate, Preferably a University or College degree Professional1 year+ administrative experience preferred Personal Competencies · Positivity – Our team thrives off of a hardworking positive atmosphere with an enthusiastic attitude Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of information effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with management, staff, and clients to enhance professionalism and productivity High level of attention to detail required along with strong organizational skills.
