Digital Marketing Specialist:In this dynamic role reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support strategic marketing goals and the timely delivery of all campaigns.You’ll play a critical role in executing both the technical and creative elements of each campaign, collecting and reporting on marketing data and campaign metrics, managing full-cycle content elements, and liaising with other departments to support marketing projects and deliverables.Practically speaking, you will:* Help develop and own execution of our fully integrated digital marketing campaigns including performance marketing channels, email, SEO and content* Create and edit content aligned with our branding and style guides for inbound and outbound marketing campaigns (e.g., videos, social media, blogs, client case studies, etc.) and manage marketing-related communications* Generate ideas and grow the inbound lead funnel, digital conversions, website user experience, and timely campaign delivery* Design, optimize, and test A/B copy for web, emails, and landing pages* Provide weekly reports on marketing campaign data, KPIs, ROI, etc.* Manage email marketing communications, including nurture workflows, newsletters, list segmentation, and reporting and tracking of all email campaigns* Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive timely campaign delivery and ensure continuous optimization and accountability* Create and publish branded content on social media channels, continuously engaging with our target audience* Provide creative and editing support for marketing video content* Facilitate the delivery and exchange of marketing collateral, news, and updates between headquarters and international partners* Share best practices with and educate international partners about our branding standards, and liaise with advertising partners, content publishers, and event organizers as needed This is an incredible opportunity to take your passion and excitement for marketing and human development to a business where you can make an impact every day. Qualifications:* 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven ability to execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns* Excellent knowledge of HubSpot marketing platform* Understanding of Salesforce CRM and ability to generate clear campaign reports and marketing dashboards* Experience producing content that generates engagement and conversions across various online channels, including social media* Experience working under pressure of timelines and completing deliverables on time, with strong project management and communication skills* Proven experience with Google Analytics, paid advertising, content management, and website backend management* Strong proficiency with InDesign, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, and team collaboration tools (Google Suite, Asana, Zoom)* Marketing graphic design experience* Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in marketing, communications, or similar* Experience in B2B marketing or marketing agency experience would be (an asset) How to Apply:Our online application gives you the chance to apply as more than just a resume.
