The District is seeking a results-oriented, progressive finance professional to join our team as the Deputy Director of Financial Services.

Reporting to the Director of Financial Services, the successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership and management experience and be a member in good standing with the Chartered Professional Accountants Association of Canada, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader with the ability to empower staff and build positive work cultures in a unionized environment, will have thorough knowledge and understanding of the application of management principles, administration, financial and budgetary process, and information technology systems.
